Pin signed dispatch #17 after complete sandbox preflight found an overlapping read-only credential mount. Redmine now exposes only each resident’s selected token; already exposed federation files are not recreated. Generated office camera URLs match the upgraded Minecraft protocol.

Validation: all 14 actual forge identity configurations passed no-model sandbox/checkout tests with their real credential paths and no credential output. The full Nix Go suite and metadata projection tests passed. Both final Nix supervisor units build. The previous full forge/HQ generations passed; the final generations replace the temporary reviewed runtime drop-in. This completes the same explicitly approved KSE-0197 live execution repair, with no authority or spending expansion.
