Real Muse task execution exposed shell mount failures on symlinked NixOS private state and file tools denying their own notebooks/checkouts. Pin signed dispatch #15/#16, preserving secret and identity boundaries. Document local stdio Minecraft/browser MCP use and the retired MacBook iOS supervisor; iOS coordination belongs on the forge and native builds remain in macOS CI. Record the live rollout, signed HQ memory and backup verification, and all-identity Grafana coverage in accepted KSE-0197.

Validation: full dispatch suite passed under Nix, including symlink/neighbor/nested-secret regressions and a synthetic live forge shell/git probe. Bazel prompt catalog passed with the Nix test tool paths. Complete forge/HQ generations built with #15; both final #16 supervisor units build. Complete final host builds and live assignment verification follow under the existing approved rollout. No spending or identity-authority expansion. Founder explicitly approved merging and deploying this rollout on 2026-09-13.
